Environmental Sustainability & LCA Analyst

We are accepting applications for a technical staff person to work in the area of environmental sustainability and Life Cycle Assessment (LCA). The successful candidate should have a B.S. in Chemical Engineering, Environmental Science, or a related technical degree, and up to 5 years work experience, preferably in the environmental field. The successful candidate must have strong math skills and the ability to apply systems thinking. Experience in environmental analysis, industrial ecology, and life cycle assessment are desirable. Familiarity with SimaPro or other LCA software is a plus. The successful candidate will work under the direction of one or more senior project managers. The position involves research on processes and materials; construction of Excel spreadsheet models; and preparation of reports. The candidate must have good verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to present complex information so that it is understandable to a non-technical audience.
